    • Add 5 quarts boiling water for convection oven (4.5 quarts for conventional) and 4 ounces unsalted butter. Stir in sauce mix until dissolved. Add full potato slices. Stir. Bake in convection oven at 300'F for 45-60 minutes (400'F in a conventional oven).
