2.5 cupApple, Granny Smith, ¼” diced

2 ltrHot water (195-205°F)

2 TbspRosemary, fresh, chopped

2 ozButter, unsalted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steamtable pan. Stir in sauce pack until dissolved.
- 2. Add potato shreds, apples and rosemary. Stir well.
- 3. Bake in 350° F convection oven for 20-25 min (400° F conventional for 30-35 min). Remove from oven. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
