Cheddar Apple Potato Bake

Rich and cheesy shredded potato bake with 2-1/2 cups diced Granny Smith apples and 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary.

Yield: 28, # 8 scoop

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steamtable pan. Stir in sauce pack until dissolved.
  • 2. Add potato shreds, apples and rosemary. Stir well.
  • 3. Bake in 350° F convection oven for 20-25 min (400° F conventional for 30-35 min). Remove from oven. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
