Easy Cuban-Style Black Beans

Easy, sweet and spicy black beans that are perfect served over rice and vegetables for a plant-forward meal or as a side to your favorite entrée.

Yield: 40, 4-oz servings

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Add water, cumin, oregano and garlic powder to a 4-inch deep, half steamtable pan. Pour in beans and stir.
  • 2. Cover and hold for 40 min.
  • 3. Stir beans, top with cilantro and serve.
