As NeededHot water (140-150 F)

1 TbspBlack pepper, ground

1 qtHeavy Cream

1 tspThyme, dried, leaves

12 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. Refresh hashbrowns according to package directions.
- 3. Mix together drained hashbrowns, salt, pepper, cream, thyme and half of the cheddar cheese. Place into a 2-inch hotel pan to bake.
- 4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- 5. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
