1 ctnGolden Grill® Russet Hashbrowns, refreshed (SKU 10084)

As NeededHot water (140-150° F)

1.5 qtLiquid eggs

3 cupHeavy cream

2 lbDiced ham
-
1 tspSalt

1 TbspBlack pepper, ground

1 tspThyme, dried, leaves

12 ozSwiss cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
- 2. Refresh hashbrowns according to package directions.
- 3. Whisk together liquid eggs and heavy cream. Set aside.
- 4. Mix together drained hashbrowns, ham, salt, pepper, thyme and half of the Swiss cheese.
- 5. Mix in liquid egg and cream mixture.
- 6. Place into a 2-inch hotel pan to bake. Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
- 7. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
