Mix up the classic breakfast platter and stack it all on top of a big ‘ole pile of perfectly crispy and golden brown Golden Grill® Hashbrowns.

0.5 cupGolden Grill® Seasoned Hashbrowns

3 eachBacon slices

1 sliceCheddar cheese

2 sliceRoma tomato, ¼-inch thick slice

2 eachEggs, cooked over easy

1 ozHollandaise sauce, prepared, held hot

1 garnishGreen onion, sliced thin (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Refresh and grill hasbrowns according to directions.
- 2. Assemble stack by topping hashbrowns with bacon, cheese, tomato and egg. Top with Hollandaise and garnish with green onion. Serve immediately.
