House-made Signature Tots

Delicious tots made from shredded potatoes – paired with smoky BBQ or zesty ranch sauce.

Yield: 174 tots, 1 oz each

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Refresh potatoes with hot water according to directions and allow to cool completely.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes, stir to combine.
  • 3. Portion tots, using a 1 oz. scoop (#30 disher) packed tightly into 325? F deep fryer and cook 1 min, 45 sec, until golden brown.
  • 4. Serve immediately with a side of BBQ, ranch or a signature sauce for dipping.
  • 5. Note: For BAF Seasoned Hashbrowns, use 8 eggs, 2 cups flour.
