16 ozBolognese sauce, prepared
1 TbspOregano leaves, fresh
2 TbspBasil leaves, fresh, chiffonade
1 lbPappardelle pasta
As neededParmesan cheese, shaved or shredded
- 1. Heat prepared sauce according to directions.
- 2. Refresh crumbles and add to sauce with fresh herbs.
- 3. Cook over low simmer another 15 minutes and adjust seasonings as needed.
- 4. Cook pasta, drain, add to sauce stirring to fully incorporate and serve.
