1 qtHot water, minimum 155°F

18 eachFlour Tortillas, 8 inches

4.25 cupsRefried Beans

2.25 cupsCotija Cheese, crumbled

4.25 cupsSour Cream
-
4.25 cupsSalsa
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare Crumbles according to package directions.
- 2. Spread ¼ cup beans evenly over ½ of the tortilla.
- 3. Sprinkle a ¼ cup Crumbles over beans, 2 Tbsp Cotija cheese over Crumbles.
- 4. Fold the tortilla in half.
- 5. Cook on a preheated 350°F griddle for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- 6. Remove from griddle and cut into 4 pieces.
- 7. Serve with ¼ cup of sour cream and ¼ cup of salsa.
- 8. Repeat steps 2 through 7.
