INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare potatoes and beans according to directions.
- 2. In a large bowl combine cabbage and salsa, set aside.
- 3. Fill taco shell with ÂĽ cup of potatoes, topped with 1 tablespoon black beans, ÂĽ cup cabbage mixture and 2 tablespoons of salsa verde. Serve immediately.
