1 pouchPotato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes

3 TbspSage, freshly minced

2.5 cupsBrowned butter, warm (up to 5 cups, to taste)

1 galHot water (170°-190°F)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Gently brown butter over medium/low heat until golden brown with nutty aroma, about 15 min.
- 2. Add mashed potatoes, sage and brown butter to a 4-inch, half-steamtable pan.
- 3. Pour hot water over ingredients, stir 30 sec.
- 4. Allow to sit for 7 min. and serve.
