Sour Cream & Chives Mashed Potatoes

Rich buttermilk mashed potatoes made with traditional baked potato toppers - sour cream and chives.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Combine mashed potatoes and first 6 ingredients.
  • 2. Quickly whisk potato mixture into boiling water; remove from heat. Continue whisking until potatoes are smooth.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.
  • 4. Keep warm until serving.
  • 5. Serving Idea: Serve with grilled sausage and sautéed apples.
